CANCELLATIONS:
Appointments are in high demand as we have some of the best and most accurate psychic readers in Melbourne and so your advanced notice for any cancellation will allow another client to fill that appointment time. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24hrs in advance.
We know that this is not always possible, please note, we can only offer deposit refunds if sufficient notice has been given, and / or as decided by management at Oracle of Crystals. Phone readings are always an option if you can not make it to our store physically.
For any late arrivals, if another client is booked directly after you, your appointment will still have to finish at the scheduled time so as to not inconvenience them, even if this means your appointment time is reduced.
NO SHOWS:
If you do not show up to an appointment and have not informed us, we will require 40% of the missed appointment fee to be paid, otherwise no future appointments will be scheduled with any team member until this fee is paid.
