Oracle of Crystals is proud to ship carbon neutral via Australia Post. Parcels under 3kg include insurance up to $100.

Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. Orders received over Easter and Christmas may incur delays but we will do our best to ensure all orders are shipped as soon as possible.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery timings are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services. Oracle of Crystals cannot assume responsibility for any delays or delivery loss made by postage providers.

The fees include shipping, handling, packaging and $2.95 Signature on Delivery fee plus insurance up to $100. Signature on Delivery is required for items valued over $500. Even if your order is valued under $500, Signature on Delivery gives you greater protection against stolen mail and ensures your precious crystals and goods from Oracle of Crystals are delivered directly to you.
