How to use
Light one end of the Palo Santo stick with a candle or lighter. Allow the flame to burn for around 30 seconds, then gently blow it out so the wood begins to smoulder.
Move the smoke around your space, aura, crystals or chosen object while setting a clear intention, such as:
“I clear away heavy energy and invite peace, protection and positive intention.”
Relight as needed. Palo Santo can be used many times until the stick naturally burns down.
