How to use
Hold the bowl in your palm or place it on a stable surface. Gently tap the side of the bowl with the wooden striker to create a clear tone.
You can also slowly move the striker around the outside rim of the bowl to create a continuous sound. Take your time, singing bowls respond best to gentle, steady pressure.
Use before meditation, during energy work, to clear your space, or to cleanse crystals with sound.
