Moonstone

How to use
Place your crystals on your bedside table, dresser, meditation space or somewhere nearby as part of your evening wind-down ritual.
You may like to hold one crystal while taking a few slow breaths, place them beside your journal, or set an intention before bed such as:
“Tonight, I release the day and allow myself to rest in peace.”
For safety and comfort, we recommend keeping crystals beside your bed rather than directly under your pillow, especially if they are small, sharp-edged or could move around during the night.
