How to use
Carry your crystals with you, keep them in your bag, place them beside your bed, or keep them on your desk for daily energetic support.
During meditation or quiet breathing, you may like to hold your crystals or place them nearby. You can also place them over your Solar Plexus Chakra or heart space while resting, journaling or doing gentle breathwork.
