What is your Returns policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any products based on change of mind.

Please  note, we also do not refund or exchange any crystals based on the structure, characteristics or colour variation of the crystal. Crystal characteristics and crystalline structures vary and may contain small veins, mineral inclusions, small fissures or grooves, which are organic and a natural part of crystals. These should not be viewed as flaws, rather serve as a loving reminder a unique and precious gift from our beautiful mother earth has found its way to you for energetic connection, healing and appreciation.

If there is a refund made a 10% restocking fee may be applicable, and you will be liable for shipping to return the item back to Oracle of Crystals.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 3 business days.

Orders received over a weekend may be processed on the following Monday. Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. Orders received over Easter and Christmas may incur delays but we will do our best to ensure all orders are processed as soon as possible.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery timings are then subject to Australia Post. Oracle of Crystals cannot assume responsibility for any delays or delivery loss made by postage providers.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently only offer shipping within Australia and to New Zealand on our website, however please email us for any international shipping enquiries at admin@oracleofcrystals.com.au and we can look in to the cost of shipping to you.

What are your Shipping Costs?

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $15.00

Do you offer local pick up from your store?

Yes, you can place your order online and your purchase will be ready to pick up in store once you have received your confirmation email.

How do I cleanse my Crystals?

Oracle of Crystals cleanse all their crystals and products before they reach our shelves, or get sent out to you, but it is always recommended for you to cleanse your new crystals to set your own intentions within the stones.
